Hot off its recent release of Carte Blanche White IPA, Hoyne Brewing has brought back an old favourite as a reminder the spring is nearing its end.
Entre Nous, a Belgian cherry witbier, will be showing up on shelves almost immediately.
The beer, which pours a light amber with a light head, adheres mainly to a Belgian witbier experience, but throws in just a touch of that tart and sweet cherry profile that smooths out the finish.
The beer pairs well with richer darker breads, light fruity salads, and lighter proteins, and as a sessionable beer at 5.1%, it will be a pleasing finish to a hot day.
