Category 12 Brewing has announced a new Summer seasonal, due to hit store shelves soon.
Hiatus, a Summer Farmhouse Ale with Cucumber and Lemon, will delight the senses with bright citrus and slightly melony flavours offset by some light funky, dry and earthy notes you would expect from a farmhouse styled beer, only this time using Norwegian yeast.
Samples and growler fills are available at the brewery as of June 9th, with it showing up in stores and pubs in the coming weeks.
