Tuesdays have become the bastion of one key food: Tacos! With a handful of Victoria Public Market’s food vendors offering up a variety of tacos, and a dozen breweries bring amazing pairings to go alongside them, the evening is sure to be muy bueno.
Speaking of pairings, earlier in the evening there is the now sold out class (two years running) offered by Advanced Cicerone® and Brewmaster at Île Sauvage Brewing, Stephane Turcotte, that delves into the world of food and beer, and how they can work amazingly well together. Hopefully returning for a third time in 2021, this is one not to miss.
